Information

• The tournament will consist of 2 groups of 4 teams.

• Teams will be seeded by the Tournament Committee and assigned to groups accordingly. 

• Each team will play every other team in their group once (3 matches total per team).​

• Standings will be determined by total points accumulated during group play. 

• Win = 3 points

• Tie & Shootout Win = 2 points

• Tie & Shootout Loss = 1 point

• Loss = 0 points

•  *shootouts will not be recorded or shown on any video feed after regulation. ​

• 1st place in each group advances to the Championship match

• 2nd place in each group competes in the 3rd place match

• 3rd place in each group competes in the 5th place match

• 4th place in each group competes in the 7th place match

• If 2 teams are tied on points at the end of group play:

• Head-to-head result​

• ​Goal differential (all group matches)

• ​Total goals scored

• ​Coin flip (by Tournament Committee)

• If 3 or more teams are tied on points at the end of group play:

• Total points in matches among tied teams

• ​Goal differential in matches among tied teams

• ​Total goals scored in matches among tied teams

• ​Random draw conducted by the Tournament Committee

• *Note: Once one or more teams are eliminated from the tiebreak, the process reverts to the 2-Team Tiebreaker format for any remaining tied teams

• The higher-seeded team will have the option to host each group match.​

• The higher-seeded team may waive right to host if desired​.
